โดยจัดตั้งบริษัทร่วมทุนเพื่อดำเนินโครงการโรงพยาบาลเฉพาะทางด้านการรักษาโรคมะเร็ง ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียนจำนวน 200 ล้านบาท แบ่งออกเป็นหุ้นสามัญจำนวน 2 ล้านหุ้น มูลค่าที่ตราไว้หุ้นละ 100 บาท โดย BIZ เข้าถือหุ้นในสัดส่วนร้อยละ 65 ของทุนจดทะเบียนของบริษัทร่วมทุน และจะมีสถานะเป็นบริษัทย่อย
