The analyst stated that the increase in today’s session was due to the positive sentiment from the development of trade deal between the U.S. and China after Trump announced that the “Phase One” deal would be signed on January 15 at Washington and he would travel to Beijing to initiate the “Phase Two” right away.

โดยวันนี้(24 มี.ค.63) นายสมคิด จาตุศรีพิทักษ์ รองนายกรัฐมนตรี เปิดเผยว่า คณะรัฐมนตรี (ครม.) อนุมัติมาตรการระยะที่ 2 เพื่อลดผลกระทบจากไวรัสโควิด-19 ให้แก่ประชาชนที่เป็นแรงงานนอกระบบประกันสังคม ทั้งแรงงานลูกจ้าง ลูกจ้างชั่วคราว และอาชีพอิสระ โดยชุดแรกเป็นมาตรการเพิ่มสภาพคล่อง ข้อที่ 1 จะสนับสนุนเงินเลี้ยงชีพเดือนละ 5 พันบาท เป็นระยะเวลา 3 เดือน แต่หากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดยืดเยื้อเกินกว่านั้นก็ยังสามารถต่อเวลาออกไปได้อีก

ส่วนแนวโน้มผลการดำเนินงานในช่วงไตรมาส 2/60 จะเติบโตที่เพิ่มขึ้นจากไตรมาส 1/60 เพราะปัจจุบันบริษัทได้เริ่มทยอยโอนโครงการคอนโดมิเนียม The Rich สาทร-ตากสิน มูลค่า 2.1 พันล้านบาท ซึ่งขณะนี้มียอดขายแล้ว 50% เป็นปัจจัยหนุนผลการดำเนินงานต่อเนื่องไปจนถึงครึ่งปีหลัง อีกทั้งบริษัทยังมีมูลค่าสต็อกพร้อมขายและพร้อมโอนกว่า 6-7 พันล้านบาท โดยในครึ่งปีหลังบริษัทจะมีการทำกิจกรรมทางการตลาดเพื่อระบายสต็อกและสร้างรายได้กลับมาให้กับบริษัท
