บริษัท ที.เอ.ซี.คอนซูเมอร์ จำกัด หรือ TACC กำหนดราคาเสนอขายหุ้นสามัญต่อประชาชนทั่วไปเป็นครั้งแรก (IPO) ที่ 2.88 บาท/หุ้น จำนวน 168 ล้านหุ้น ราคาพาร์ 0.25 บาท เปิดให้จองซื้อหุ้นวันที่ 25-27 พ.ย.นี้ และคาดว่าจะเข้าซื้อขายวันแรกในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ในตลาดรองเอ็ม เอ ไอ ได้วันที่ 2 ธันวาคม 58 โดยมีที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินคือ บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ ฟินันเซีย ไซรัส จำกัด (มหาชน)
