โดยบริษัทมีแผนจะเปิดโครงการใหม่อีก 3 โครงการ มูลค่ารวมประมาณ 10,000-12,000 ล้านบาทในช่วงปลายปี 58 ถึงต้นปี 59 โดยคาดว่าจะเริ่มก่อสร้างได้ในปีนี้ ได้แก่ โครงการตลาดน้ำร้อยปี ในทำเลย่านบางบัวทอง ซึ่งมีพื้นที่จำนวน 86 ไร่ มูลค่าโครงการประมาณ 4,000 ล้านบาท คาดว่าจะเปิดโครงการได้ในช่วงไตรมาส 4/58 ,โครงการสปอร์ตคลับในพื้นที่โครงการ แพรกษา มีพื้นที่ จำนวน 200 ไร่ มูลค่ากว่า 5,000 ล้านบาท คาดว่าจะเปิดขายโครงการภายในปี 58 เช่นกัน

ซาอุดิอาระเบีย ยืนยันว่าจะเข้าร่วมประชุมกับประเทศผู้ผลิตน้ำมันกลุ่มโอเปกและนอกกลุ่มโอเปก โดยการประชุมดังกล่าวจะจัดขึ้นที่เมืองโดฮา ประเทศกาตาร์ ในวันที่ 17 เม.ย.ซึ่งผู้ผลิตน้ำมันราว 15 ชาติจะเข้าร่วมการประชุมด้วย การที่ซาอุดิอาระเบียตกลงเข้าร่วมประชุมในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นการเพิ่มน้ำหนักให้กับประเด็นการตรึงกำลังการผลิต หลังจากซาอุดิอาระเบีย, รัสเซีย, เวเนซุเอลา และกาตาร์ บรรลุข้อตกลงในเดือนที่แล้วในการตรึงกำลังการผลิตน้ำมัน
