Mr. Weerapon Chaiteerath, CWT’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, stated that 2020 will be the year for CWT to show its potential to investors, while having over a billion baht worth of backlog on hands which will start to recognize from the first quarter of 2020 onwards. As for the energy business, it is expected to reach the total production of electricity to 40MW this year.

ทั้งนี้ บริษัทจะจัดสรรหุ้นเพิ่มทุนให้กับบุคคลในวงจำกัด (Private Placement :PP) จำนวน 2 ราย ได้แก่ Plural Capital Company Limited จำนวน 1,500,000,000 หุ้น และนาย Uwern Sae Fung จานวน 500,000,000 หุ้น ที่ราคาเสนอขายหุ้นละ 0.50 บาท โดยภายหลังการเพิ่มทุนผู้ถือหุ้นรายใหม่จะเข้ามาถือหุ้นในบริษัทประมาณ 20.74% ของจำนวนหุ้นที่ออกและจำหน่ายได้แล้วทั้งหมดภายหลังการจดทะเบียนเพิ่มทุนชำระแล้ว

ด้านกรณีตั๋ว B/E มูลค่า 100 ล้านบาท ที่ตนซื้อมาจากบริษัท หลักทรัพย์จัดการกองทุนแลนด์ แอนด์ เฮ้าส์ จำกัด หรือ บลจ.แลนด์แอนด์เฮ้าส์ ซึ่งมีหลักประกันเป็นหุ้นบริษัทอินเตอร์ ฟาร์อีสท์ แคป แมนเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด หรือ ICAP ผู้ถือหุ้นใหญ่ในสัดส่วนร้อยละ 51 ใน “โรงแรมดาราเทวี” ซึ่งปัจจุบันถือว่าผิดนัดชำระหนี้แล้วนั้น ขณะนี้ IFEC ยังไม่มีท่าทีว่าจะชำระหนี้ดังกล่าวแม้หลักประกันจะมีมูลค่ามหาศาล
