บริษัท ซีฟโก้ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ SEAFCO ระบุว่า บริษัทได้รับงานใหม่ 2 โครงการในเดือนพ.ค. มูลค่ารวม 262.2 ล้านบาท (ไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) ได้แก่ โครงการ พาร์ค ออริจิ้น ทองหล่อ, ซอยทองหล่อ 10 กรุงเทพฯ  ของบริษัท ออริจิ้น พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ ORI โดยเป็นงานเสาเข็มเจาะแบบกลม เริ่มดำเนินการช่วงกลางเดือน พ.ค. และโครงการ วิซดอม 101 เฟส 2, ซอยสุขุมวิท 101 กรุงเทพฯ ของบริษัท วิซดอม แลนด์มาร์ค คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด โดยเป็นงานกำแพงกันดินระบบไดอะแฟรมวอลล์ และเสาข็มเจาะแบบกลม ซึ่งจะเริ่มดำเนินการในเดือน มิ.ย.นี้

สำหรับราคารับซื้อไฟฟ้าภายใต้ FiT ในโครงการโซลาร์ฟาร์มเฟส 2 ที่ลดลงมาอยู่ที่ 4.12 บาท/หน่วย หรือลดลงราว 27% จากอัตรา FiT ของเฟส 1 ที่ 5.66 บาท/หน่วย ถือว่ายังมีความคุ้มค่าในการลงทุน เพราะบริษัทยังมีส่วนต่างกำไรใกล้เคียงกับการลงทุนโครงการโซลาร์ฟาร์ม เฟส1 ที่มีกำไรจากการขายไฟเฉลี่ยปีละ 27 ล้านบาท เนื่องจากต้นทุนก่อสร้างมีต้นทุนลดลง 30% ซึ่งต้นทุนค่าก่อสร้างลดลงมากกว่าค่า FiT ซึ่งทำให้ยังมีส่วนต่างกำไรอยู่ และการก่อสร้างบริษัทจะใช้การก่อสร้างแบบ Turn Key ทั้งระบบ ซึ่งได้ได้งานที่มีคุณภาพและมีการทำงานที่ต่อเนื่อง
