On March 4, 2019, Super Energy Corporation Public Company Limited (SUPER) announced that the company, through its subsidiary, had offered a  loan (Sponsor Loan Agreement) to Krungthep Thanakom Co., Ltd. (KT) for a total of THB 2,025.9 million to invest in Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) project of community waste management at onnut solid waste Disposal Center.

Xe-Pian Xe-Namnoy Power Company Limited, the developer of Xe-Pian Xe-Namnoy Hydroelectric Power Project with a capacity of 410MW, is a joint venture company among SK Engineering Construction Company Limited (26%), Korea Western Power Company Limited (25%), Lao Holding State Enterprise (24%) and RATCH (25%). The project is located in Attapeu and Champasak Provinces in Lao PDR.

ดังเช่นการห้ามระบายผลผลิตส่วนเกินออกนอกประเทศ ซึ่งทำให้เกิดภาวะไข่ล้นตลาดดังเช่นปัจจุบัน ทั้งๆที่การระบายไข่ไก่ไปขายต่างประเทศต้องขายในราคาขาดทุน เช่นในช่วงมกราคม-กุมภาพันธ์ ปีนี้ ไทยส่งออกไข่ลดลงไปกว่าครึ่งจากช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อน ด้วยราคาส่งออกเฉลี่ยฟองละ 2 บาท ยังไม่รวมต้นทุนค่าจัดการต่างๆ ถือเป็นการขายขาดทุนเพื่อรักษาเสถียรภาพราคาในประเทศ ไม่ให้ตกต่ำจนเกษตรกรต้องเดือดร้อน

ทั้งนี้ปัจจัยดังกล่าวจะช่วยผลักดันให้บริษัทมียอดจำหน่ายก๊าซธรรมชาติให้กับโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเพิ่มขึ้นเป็นกว่า 2 เท่าตัว หรือจากเดิมเฉลี่ย 1,500 ล้านบีทียูต่อวัน เพิ่มเป็น 3,500-4,000 ล้านบีทียูต่อวัน นอกจากนี้บริษัทยังมีแผนรุกขยายฐานลูกค้าเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยปัจจุบันมีผู้ประกอบการในอุตสาหกรรมรายใหญ่อีกหลายรายให้ความสนใจสั่งซื้อก๊าซธรรมชาติอัด คาดว่าจะได้ข้อสรุปในเร็วๆ นี้

In reference to an earlier report stating that the Ministry of Finance was expecting a capital increase for Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI). The newly issued shares were expecting to be held by other state enterprises, which appeared to have Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT)’s name in the list due to its high potential and suitability.
