ส่วนโครงการใหม่ทั้ง 4 โครงการคาดว่าจะทำยอดขายราว 40% ในแต่ละโครงการช่วง 2 เดือนที่เปิดขาย หรือสร้างยอดขายได้ราว 5.2 พันล้านบาทในช่วงโค้งสุดท้ายของปีนี้ โดยโครงการใหม่ทั้งหมดมั่นใจแล้วว่าจะตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของลูกค้าในสถานการณ์ขณะนี้ เนื่องจากราคาขายน่าสนใจมากขึ้นและเป็นราคาที่สามารถดึงดูดลูกค้าได้ ซึ่งบริษัทได้ปรับอัตรากำไร (มาร์จิ้น) ลงบ้างตามภาวะตลาด โดยที่ 4 โครงการจะมีราคาขายตั้งแต่ 1.59-5.73 ล้านบาท หรือคิดเป็น 62,000-149,000 บาท/ตารางเมตร
