ล่าสุด ที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นมีมติอนุมัติให้เข้าลงทุน 50.0% ในบริษัท ฮัลโล บางกอก แอล อี ดี จำกัด หรือ Hello Bangkok LED ด้วยเงินลงทุน 1,950 ล้านบาท และมีมติอนุมัติให้เสนอขายหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนของบริษัทฯ (Private Placement) 1,080 ล้านหุ้น ราคา 1.44 บาท ต่อหุ้น  คิดเป็นมูลค่ารวมทั้งสิ้น 1,553 ล้านบาท ให้กับ บริษัท แพลน บี มีเดีย จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ PLANB พร้อมทั้งอนุมัติการเข้าทำสัญญาบริหารจัดการเพื่อบริหารสื่อโฆษณาของบริษัทฯ และ/หรือบริษัทย่อยของบริษัทฯ กับ PLANB

The foregoing transaction remains uncertain since the terms and conditions contained in the MOU are not yet final and may be amended, subject to the result of the Due Diligence and the negotiations between the parties. However, if OCEAN is satisfied with the results of the Due Diligence, OCEAN will further propose the foregoing matter to the Board of Directors’ Meeting of the Company for approval for the purpose of shares of a property development company.
