As for its electricity production business which is the core business that makes RATCH the “RATCH” everyone knows today is continuously advancing overseas. The most two recent investments were the wind farm with an installed capacity of 226 MW in Australia which the company had invested almost THB 6,000 million in this acquisition, and Riau Combined-Cycle power plant project in Indonesia with a production capacity of 275 MW along with 20-year PPA. The project is expected to commence the operation in 2021.

นายภคพงศ์ ศิริกันทรมาศ ผู้ว่าการ การรถไฟฟ้าขนส่งมวลชนแห่งประเทศไทย (รฟม.) คาดว่า ประมาณเดือน มิ.ย.2563 จะสามารถเปิดประมูลโครงการรถไฟฟ้าสายสีส้ม ช่วงบางขุนนนท์- มีนบุรี (สุวินทวงศ์) มูลค่าเงินลงทุน 1.2 แสนล้านบาทที่เป็นการประมูลแบบนานาชาติ  โดยหลังจากคณะรัฐมนตรี (ครม.) อนุมัติโครงการแล้ว จะมีการนำเสนอคณะกรรมการคัดเลือกตามมาตรา 36 ของพ.ร.บ.ร่วมทุน 2562 ต่อคณะกรรมการ รฟม.ในวันที่ 12 ก.พ.นี้ และจะมีการจัด Market Sounding เอกสารการประมูล (TOR) ก่อนจะเปิดขายตามพ.ร.บ.ร่วมทุน 2562 ที่คาดว่าจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 เดือน

TFG registered total revenue of Bt7.2bn (stable YoY, -8.3% QoQ). Nonetheless, the reported revenue still topped KGI’s estimate by 4.5%. KGI stated that the company recorded an impressive GPM of 14.1% in 2Q20, up from 12.3% in 1Q20. This should be from the lag effect on low feed prices. Its SG A-to-revenue ratio came in at 5.1%, slightly higher than 5.0% in 1Q20.

ทั้งนี้ บริษัทมองเห็นถึงการเติบโตของตลาดยาในอินโดนีเซีย ซึ่งมีมูลค่าตลาดสูงถึง 5 พันล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐฯ จากจำนวนประชากรในประเทศอินโดนีเซียที่มีจำนวนมาก และยังเพิ่มขึ้นต่อเนื่อง ประกอบกับการเข้าซื้อกิจการเป็นกระบวนการที่บริษัทสามารถมีรายได้กลับเข้ามาได้ทันที เมื่อเทียบกับการลงทุนโรงงานผลิตยาเอง เพราะจะใช้ระยะเวลาที่ค่อนข้างนาน ทั้งการขออนุญาตผลิตและขายยา ก็จะทำให้รายได้เข้ามาช้า ซึ่งธุรกิจที่บริษัทเข้าไปซื้อกิจการนั้นเป็นธุรกิจที่มีใบอนุญาตผลิตและขายยาอยู่แล้ว ทำให้สามารถเดินหน้าขยายตลาดในอินโดนีเซียได้ทันที
