บริษัท บางกอกแร้นช์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ BR ระบุว่า ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัทเมื่อวานนี้ อนุมัติการตั้งบริษัทย่อยแห่งใหม่ และร่วมลงทุนในบริษัทร่วมทุน เพื่อรองรับการขยายธุรกิจของกลุ่มบริษัท และรองรับธุรกิจใหม่ โดยได้ตั้งบริษัทย่อยใหม่ ภายใต้ชื่อ บริษัท เชฟ เรซิพี จำกัด เพื่อดำเนินธุรกิจหรือลงทุน โดยการถือหุ้นบริษัทที่ทำธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับการผลิตอาหาร ร้านอาหาร และภัตตาคาร ในไทย มีทุนจดทะเบียนไม่เกิน 40 ล้านบาท ซึ่งบริษัทจะถือหุ้นไม่เกิน 99%
