บริษัท พีทีจี เอ็นเนอยี จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ PTG ระบุว่า ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัทเมื่อวันศุกร์ เห็นชอบให้เสนอต่อที่ประชุมใหญ่วิสามัญผู้ถือหุ้น ครั้งที่ 1/2559 เพื่อพิจารณาอนุมัติให้บริษัท พีทีจี โลจิสติกส์ จำกัด (PTGLG) ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทย่อย เข้าซื้อหุ้นเพิ่มทุนของบริษัท อาม่า มารีน จำกัด(AMA) สัดส่วน 32.01% ของหุ้นที่จำหน่ายได้แล้วทั้งหมดภายหลังการเพิ่มทุนของ AMA รวมเป็นเงิน 621.60 ล้านบาท ซึ่งคาดว่าดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จภายในไตรมาส 1/59

Therefore, for reasons of conservations, BAM did not recognize this amount as an asset in the statement of financial position. BAM will gradually recognize these benefits in the future, when the Company decides that the uncertainty has diminished, which will be when it is able to utilize temporary differences as deductions from profit in its annual tax computation, in order to actually decrease its corporate income tax obligation.

กรณีของนางสาวอุรชา พบว่าจัดการโอนหุ้นในบัญชีลูกค้ารายที่เป็นข่าวเข้าบัญชีมารดาและตนเอง ได้รับประโยชน์ โดยมีการเตรียมการเป็นขั้นตอน ดังนี้ คือเปิดบัญชีมารดาที่ บล.เออีซี โดยไม่เปิดเผยความสัมพันธ์ จัดการโอนหุ้นโดยไม่มีหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง ไม่ได้เป็นผู้แนะนำที่ดูแลบัญชีลูกค้า จัดการให้ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการดำเนินการยืนยันการโอนหุ้นกับบุคคลที่อ้างว่าเป็นลูกค้าเจ้าของบัญชี และเพิ่มหมายเลขโทรศัพท์เข้าไปในระบบฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าเพื่อให้การโอนหุ้นสำเร็จ
