โดยมีระยะเวลาจองซื้อ ระหว่างวันที่ 15-18 พฤศจิกายน 2559 จองซื้อได้ที่ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ทุกสาขา หรือบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ อาร์เอชบี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือบริษัทหลักทรัพย์จัดการกองทุน เอเชีย เวลท์ จำกัด โดยการเสนอขายหน่วยทรัสต์ในครั้งนี้ มิได้เป็นการเสนอขายหน่วยทรัสต์ต่อนักลงทุนรายย่อยหรือประชาชนทั่วไป ส่วนของนักลงทุนรายย่อยเสนอขายให้เฉพาะลูกค้าของผู้จัดจำหน่ายหน่วยทรัสต์ และตัวแทนจำหน่ายหน่วยทรัสต์ตามที่กล่าวข้างต้น ซึ่งคาดว่ากองทรัสต์ HREIT จะเข้าซื้อขายในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยเป็นวันแรกในวันที่ 28 พฤศจิกายน 2559
