นายองอาจ กิตติคุณชัย ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท ซันสวีท จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ SUN เปิดเผยว่า ทิศทางผลประกอบการในปี 62 คาดรายได้จะเติบโตไม่ต่ำกว่า 15% โดยจะเป็นไปตามปริมาณการผลิตที่เพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 1.5-1.8 แสนตัน จากปีนี้ 1.2 แสนตัน ขณะที่บริษัทจะเน้นการขยายตลาดเดิม และประเทศใหม่ที่ซื้อสินค้าในราคาที่มีอัตรากำไร (มาร์จิ้น) สูง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นญี่ปุ่น ไต้หวัน เกาหลี และประเทศที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในสหภาพยุโรป

IVL stated that the issuance is to invest and/or use as working capital and/or support the business expansion of the issuer and/or to refinance the issuer’s existing debts on or prior to the relevant due date, which may include the repayment of loan to the underwriters on or prior to the relevant due date and/or the repayment of the debentures of the issuer on the maturity of such debentures.

นอกจากนี้ บริษัทยังมีแผนสำรองในการระดมทุนจากสินทรัพย์ของเพซ วัน และเพซ ทรี  โดยการจัดตั้งทรัสต์เพื่อการลงทุนในอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (REIT) เพื่อเป็นการระดมเงินทุนในระยะยาว หรือการออก Initial Public Offering (IPO) เพื่อเป็นการระดมทุน โดยการออก IPO ดังกล่าว จะส่งผลให้บริษัทสามารถจัดสรร ระดมเงินทุน เพื่อเป็นแหล่งที่มาของเงินทุนในการคืนเงินลงทุนแก่ผู้ถือหุ้น ทั้งผู้ถือหุ้นสามัญและผู้ถือหุ้นบุริมสิทธิ์
