สำหรับความร่วมมือระหว่างวีจีไอและอาลีบาบาครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นครั้งแรกของวงการสื่อ OOH ของประเทศไทยที่ได้ขายสื่อโฆษณาผ่านออนไลน์เต็มรูปแบบ ซึ่งช่วยสนับสนุนศักยภาพการดำเนินธุรกิจของ VGI ที่ต้องการรุกขยายธุรกิจไปยังแพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซ และยังเป็นการรองรับโอกาสของอุตสาหกรรมสื่อ OOH ปี 60 ที่คาดว่ายังจะขยายตัวต่อเนื่องจากปีที่ผ่านมาที่เติบโตสูงถึง 15-17% โดยบริษัทจะนำเสนอสื่อโฆษณาให้ลูกค้าได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงกว่า 16 ภาษา จึงเป็นการตอบโจทย์ไลฟ์สไตล์มีเดียในด้านของ B2B ได้อย่างมีศักยภาพสูงสุด

NRF reported a net profit of 20.83 million baht in the second quarter of 2020, increased 32% when compared to a net profit of 15.77 million baht in the same quarter last year. For the six-month period ended June 2020, the company had net profit of 41.1 million baht, increasing by 24.8 million baht from the same period of the previous year. The rise in net profit was due to increase in exporting sales in all regions, productivity, and cost management, and decrease in finance cost.

Moreover, GULF also stated  that on October 6, 2020, the company’s Board of Directors’ Meeting resolved to approve the establishment of the Company’s subsidiary, Gulf1 Company Limited, with a registered capital of Baht 100,000,000 in which the Company will hold 99.99% of registered shares. The subsidiary has been established to operate solar energy related businesses such as solar farms, including solar rooftops and providing a full range of maintenance services for such systems.
