รศ.ดร.เฉลียว กล่าวต่อว่า ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัทฯ มีมติให้เสนอที่ประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นประจำปี 62 เพื่อขออนุมัติการจ่ายเงินปันผลประจำปีให้กับผู้ถือหุ้นของบริษัท ในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.14 บาท (สิบสี่สตางค์) รวมเป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น 392 ล้านบาท ซึ่งกำหนดให้มีการประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นปี 62 ในวันที่ 24 ก.ค. 62 และหากที่ประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นฯ มีมติอนุมัติให้จ่ายเงินปันผล จะกำหนดรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นที่จะมีสิทธิได้รับเงินปันผล (Record Date) ในวันที่ 7 ส.ค. 62 และกำหนดจ่ายเงินปันผลให้กับผู้ถือหุ้นภายในวันที่ 22 ส.ค. 62
