SET closed at 1,526.30 points, decreased 6.47 points or 0.42% with a trading value of 61.8 billion baht. The analyst stated that the Thai market swung sideways in today’s session, in line with regional markets that moved narrowly after some gains at the beginning of the week. The analyst believed that the coronavirus made investors slow down their investment as well as no new positive factors to buoy the market.

โดยราคาหุ้นของ VGI และ PLANB ปรับตัวขึ้นวันนี้ ภายหลังมีการรายงานว่า บริษัท วี จี ไอ โกลบอล มีเดีย จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ VGI ได้มีมติเข้าซื้อหุ้นจากบริษัท แพลน บี มีเดีย จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ PLANB จำนวนรวม 721,804,705 หุ้น คิดเป็นสัดส่วน  18.59% ของจำนวนหุ้นที่จำหน่ายแล้วทั้งหมดของ PLANB ภายหลังการออกและเสนอขายหุ้นสามัญ เพิ่มทุน เพื่อการทำรายการในครั้งนี้ในราคาหุ้นละ 6.40 บาท คิดเป็นมูลค่ารวมทั้งสิ้น 4,619,550,112 บาท
