Overnight, Tipco Asphalt Public Company Limited (TASCO) became the talk of the town after the company was ordered by the US State Department to wind down of crude oil procurement from Venezuela by the end of November 2020. 

ทั้งนี้การลงทุนจัดตั้งบริษัทย่อยดังกล่าวเป็นไปเพื่อความชัดเจนของโครงสร้างการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัท นอกจากนี้จะเป็นช่องทางที่ช่วยเสริมสร้างการเจริญเติบโต รวมถึงกระจายความเสี่ยงจากการดำเนินธุรกิจหลักเพียงอย่างเดียวให้กับบริษัท

ขณะที่ก่อนหน้านี้ นายสุนทร เด่นธรรม ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร HUMAN เปิดเผยว่า ผลการดำเนินงานในปี 60 บริษัทมั่นใจว่าจะมีรายได้และกำไรสุทธิเติบโตจากปี 59 ที่มีรายได้รวมอยู่ที่ 351.95 ล้านบาท และมีกำไรสุทธิอยู่ที่ 71.48 ล้านบาท
