นายอัญชลิน พรรณนิภา ประธานบริษัท ทีคิวเอ็ม คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ TQM เปิดเผยว่า บริษัทได้ยื่นแบบคำขออนุญาตเสนอขายหลักทรัพย์และแบบแสดงรายการข้อมูลการเสนอขายหลักทรัพย์ และร่างหนังสือชี้ชวน (ไฟลิ่ง) ต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ก.ล.ต.) เพื่อขอเสนอขายหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนต่อประชาชนทั่วไปเป็นครั้งแรก (IPO) จำนวนไม่เกิน 75 ล้านหุ้น หรือคิดเป็นสัดส่วนไม่เกิน 25% ของจำนวนหุ้นสามัญที่ออกและเรียกชำระแล้วทั้งหมด ภายหลังการเสนอขายหุ้นในครั้งนี้

Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Company Limited (BDMS) has announced that the company has entered into the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement with the purchaser to dispose all of its ordinary shares in Bumrungrad Hospital Public Company Limited (BH), totaling 180,715,806 ordinary shares, representing 22.71% of the total issued and paid-up shares of BH at the price of THB 103 per share.
