บล.เมย์แบงก์ กิมเอ็ง(ประเทศไทย) ระบุในบทวิเคราะห์ฯวันนี้ (24 ก.ค. ) แนะ ซื้อเก็งกำไร หุ้น TIPCO ให้ราคาเหมาะสม 18-22 บาท ราคาหุ้นยังฟื้นตัวช้ากว่าบริษัทร่วม โดย 1 สัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมาหุ้น TIPCO -8.8% เทียบกับ TASCO ที่ +0.8% ทั้งนี้ TIPCO ถือหุ้น 24.1% ใน TASCO ดังนั้น หากอิงราคาตลาดของ TASCO ที่ 24.20 บาท จะเทียบเท่า NAV ต่อหุ้น TIPCO หุ้นละ 18.56 บาท สูงกว่าราคาในกระดานของ TIPCO ณ ปัจจุบัน
THCOM also recognized the impairment of satellites and equipment in total of Baht 1,401 million. This was due to the slowdown of the satellite industry from the change in customer behavior, together with fierce competition, which caused the price per unit to drop further than expected. However, the impairment is considered a non-cash item and does not affect the cash management of THCOM.
In this regard, were NOK not utilize the loan in the short future, it shall incur the deficit of the cash flow and shall affect the financial position and operating result of the company materially to the extent that might incur the company’s business interruption. Further, the entry into the said transaction is not the undue transfer of interest between the company and connected person.
